Yes! Orders from 1.000€ can be paid by invoice. In case you have any further questions on payment options, please send an email to info@berlinbuzzwords.de
All of our Tickets (except for our Online Only Ticket) are effectively Combi Tickets and thus include access to our onsite venue as well as to our online event platform as well, where you can watch live streams and interact with other online participants.
Most costs for event related services have risen even more than the general inflation numbers suggest and in order to make Berlin Buzzwords happen, we too have to increase ticket prices: Online only tickets will now cost 52€ (2023: 42€) Early Bird tickets will be sold at a rate of 690€ (2023: 650€), Standard tickets will be at 860€ (2023: 810€) and Last Minute tickets will be sold at 1100€ (2023: 990€).
Since we know that this rise by ~6% for Standard Tickets will affect smaller companies and individual participants with lower budgets more, we decided to do the following:
- Prices for Reduced Tickets, as well as for Trust Us tickets will stay the same.
- We keep the group tickets: Groups of 5 or more participants will be able to get a 10% discount on the Early Bird and Standard tickets.
- We also keep offering fully sponsored tickets through our Diversity Ticket initiative to allow members of underrepresented groups within the Berlin Buzzwords community to be part of the event.
- We also offer free access to Berlin Buzzwords for anyone taking part in our Helping Hands program.
Unfortunately not. If your company is on a budget, we recommend our Trust Us or Early Bird Tickets. You can also look at sponsorship options, which include tickets for team members. For a sponsorship package tailor-made for you, contact Mareike at partner@berlinbuzzwords.de
In order to promote diversity at Berlin Buzzwords we have initiated a diversity tickets program. Diversity Tickets are fully sponsored (i.e. free) tickets that are available to people from underrepresented groups within the Berlin Buzzwords community. This includes, but is not limited to: women, people of colour, LGBTQIA people, disabled people, and people facing economic or social hardships.
The proceeds of Diversity Fund Contributions are put in a pool to pay for Diversity Tickets. Diversity Fund Contributions enable us to use your resources to support someone who might otherwise be unable to attend.
Please note that Diversity Fund Contributions are not tickets for Berlin Buzzwords (even though they are sold through our ticket shop) and therefore don’t grant access to our venue in Berlin nor to our online event platform.
In your order confirmation and your payment confirmation emails you can find a link to your order details page. Use the change details button in the “Ordered Items” box to change the attendee name.
A ticket is only valid for one person and cannot be shared.
Don’t worry: Just contact us at info@berlinbuzzwords.de for any further questions.
